New P90 Workout Series Coming Soon!

Check out the new P90 Workout Series launching THIS Fall! I was so excited to be a part of a couple of the workouts with Tony Horton. Here is a candid picture from one the workouts. The 3 minute promo video I’m also featured in is below:

One of my dreams was to be in a fitness video ever since I was really young working out my “buns” to my Mom’s Tamilee Webb videos or jumping and crunching to Denise Austin and Gilad reruns in the morning. And we can’t forget the epic slow-mo beach runs in those Gilad intros?! Haha.

Here’s to following our dreams and accomplishing them 🙂

ChristyFit Workout of the Day: Stairmill

I woke up surprisingly early this morning and somehow resisted the urge to lay around with my phone and computer. Instead, I grabbed a Quest bar (cookie dough-flavor – still my favorite) and headed out to the gym to sweat it out for 30 min @ Level 8 on the Stairmill. This is my post-workout glow haha. Try this workout with me today! Remember to keep posture upright and push through your legs and glutes with every step.

Holiday Grilled Chicken Salad

Deck out your chicken salad this Holiday Season with these decadent (and healthy!) additions:

Note: You may use the suggested portion sizes or double the portion amounts, as desired.
– 4 oz grilled chicken breast lightly seasoned with Garlic and Herb Mrs. Dash
– 1 cup mixed field greens
– 1/2 oz crumbled bleu cheese
– 1/8 cup reduced-sugar dried cranberries
– 10 candied pecans
– 1/2 Tbsp Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette dressing


Protein Chocolate Walnut Souffle (AKA Soft Brownie) Recipe

Protein Chocolate Walnut Soufflet (AKA Soft Brownie) Recipe

-1 scoop chocolate peanut butter flavored or chocolate flavored protein powder (I use Met-Rx)
-1/3 cup walnuts (about 10)
-Stevia packets

-Fill small blender 1/4-1/2 full with water. Add protein powder and walnuts.
-Blend ingredients and pour patter onto a sprayed pan and cook on Medium-Low to Medium heat.
-Flip souffle ensuring the outside is flaky but inside middle is still soft.
-Top with 1 to 2 packets of Stevia.

ChristyFit Healthy Dessert Pancakes (Yes, you read that right!)

-1 scoop chocolate peanut butter protein powder (I use Met-Rx brand)
-1/4 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
-Ground cinnamon
-Dark chocolate liquid stevia drops
-Hazelnut liquid stevia drops

-Mix protein powder and oats in a blender 1/2 filled with water
-Pour mixture into a sprayed pan on Medium about 3-5 min on each side until soft but browned
-Place pancake on plate and top with dashes of cinnamon, 5 drops dark chocolate liquid stevia drops & 5 drops hazelnut liquid stevia drops

Enjoy your guilt-free dessert!

Chocolate Walnut Protein Shake

– 1 scoop protein powder (Here, I used Met-Rx brand Peanut Butter Cup)
-4 drops dark chocolate liquid stevia drops (Here, I used Better Stevia brand)
-10 walnut halves
-3 ice cubes
-approx. 4 oz water (depends on desired thickness quality)

-Add protein powder, ice cubes, stevia drops, walnuts and water to a blender
-Mix for about 20-30 sec and serve

Summer Body-Friendly Sweetened Ice-Tea

Want to sweeten up your iced tea without the calories? Try this guilt-free combination below:

-12 ounces unsweetened iced tea (I used Tejava)
-Liquid stevia drops (I used Sweet Leaf)

1.) Add 15 drops liquid stevia to iced tea for moderate sweetness (use more or less depending on desired taste).
2.) Shake or stir iced tea and enjoy.
