Christy Siebert Fitness Exercise Demo/Bonus At-Home Workout

Here is a fitness exercise demo I performed to showcase specific exercises for upcoming castings but an added bonus is you can try these exercises anywhere, anytime! The sequence is written below:
1. 8 Jumping Jacks
2. 8 Squat Jumps
3. 8 Alternating Lunges
4. 8 Push-Ups
5. 8 Burpees
6. 30-second Straight-Arm Plank Hold

For your own full-body workout, repeat this sequence 3-5 times.


  1. Awesome quick workout… I’m using an app to track my food, exercise etc… How many calories do you think this will burn? Approx?


    1. Thank you!! It really depends on your metabolic rate. You can wear a heart rate monitor and your caloric results will be much more accurate. I really like Polar brand. You can get a basic model and that works great to track heart rate and calories burned 🙂
